Kurzfassung

Das erste Kapitel dieser Arbeit befasst sich mit Grundlagenermittlungen zu diesem Thema.
Es werden Wortanalysen, die geschichtliche Entstehung und verschiedene Definitionen aus bereits bestehenden Werken analysiert. Es folgt eine Ausarbeitung der Begriffsinhalte des gegenwärtigen Gebrauchs. Danach werden die so gefundenen Bedeutungen miteinander verglichen, um schlussendlich den derzeit gemeinsamen Kontext zu erhalten.
Im zweiten Kapitel findet eine Untersuchung über die Anwendungsbereiche von Projektmanagement statt. Die wichtigsten Sparten in denen dieser Begriff zu finden ist, sind die Autobranche, die Flugzeugindustrie, der Kriegs- und Militärsektor, der Softwaresektor und die gesamte Baubranche. Diese und weitere Bereiche werden daher genau auf Parallelen der jeweiligen Arbeitsmethoden bei Projektrealisationen untersucht. Danach
werden Rückschlüsse auf den Begriffsinhalt gezogen, mit deren Hilfe das Finden des allgemeinen Grundschemas und weiterer aktueller Bedeutungen von Projektmanagement möglich ist.
Teil drei der Arbeit befasst sich mit Anforderungen, Aspekten und Methoden des Projektmanagements. Diese sind vom Einfluss des Projekts geprägt und werden vertieft ausgearbeitet. Besonderes Augenmerk wird dabei auf den Baubereich gelegt. Beiträge standardisierter Werke, die für dieses Thema von Bedeutung sind, werden erklärt. Damit verbundene Vor- und Nachteile werden ebenfalls aufgezählt und anhand kurzer Beispiele dokumentiert. Es wird einerseits auf relevante Projektorganisationsstrukturen und die Elemente darin, andererseits auf unternehmensspezifische Organisationsformen, die in engem Zusammenhang zur Projektorganisationsform stehen können, eingegangen.
Anschließend erfolgt ein Überblick über die Werkzeuge mit denen Projektmanagement praktiziert wird.
Schritt vier der Ausarbeitung befasst sich mit dem gegenwärtigen wissenschaftlichen Interesse und der Tendenz der Entwicklung von Projektmanagement. Es kann gezeigt werden, dass die Werkzeuge das dynamische Element darin darstellen.
Der letzte Teil der Arbeit fasst die wichtigsten Fakten und Überlegungen zum vorliegenden Thema zusammen und leitet letzte Schlussfolgerungen ab, womit die vorher gewonnenen Erkenntnisse gefestigt werden und der Haupttext der Arbeit endet.

Abstract

Concepts of Projectmanagement

Chapter one of this thesis is collecting basics to this subject. Analysis of the term, a cast of retrospective glance at the historical origin and different definitions of existing studies to this theme are following. The common use of the term “Project Management“ is the next subject in this chapter. Afterwards, all the different meanings of this term are compared to one another, so that the actual context of this word is worked out.
In chapter two a research on the application of the term Project Management happens. The most important fields in which this word is used are the car industries, the aeroplane industries, section of war and military, the section of software and the whole building trade.
Therefore these and even more sectors are inspected carefully to find their parallel connections of operating methods during project realisations. Afterwards, by these facts conclusions can be drawn and with their help it is possible to pick out the common basic system and more actual meanings of this special type of management.
Part three takes care of demands, aspects and methods of Project Management. They are under the project’s influence. They are worked out with special care, the building trade is the main point of this subject. Contributions, which are useful to this topic, of national standards with their advantages and disadvantages are explained. Simple and short examples help to make this understandable. In this part of the work, possible project-organisation-structures
and their included elements on the one hand and concern-enterprises-structures, which can have a strong relation to the project-organisation-form, on the other hand, are inspected.
Afterwards follows a survey of the tools in Project-Management. Step four of this work is concerned with the present interests of science and the trends of the development of Project Management. It is shown, that it’s tools are the dynamic element. The last chapter collects the main facts and thoughts of the theme at issue, and develops last results, which help to tighten the previously won knowledge to this subject and finish the main text of the work.
